For one of their clients in the manufacturing of E-bikes, a top-tier consulting firm needed to launch a study in France, Germany, and Switzerland aimed to reach 500 respondents (B2C) who were owners of an electric bike, or who were considering to buy one in the coming months.
Objectives of this Study
- Understand the consumer profile: e-Bike type, store type, allocated budget.
- Study the consumer behavior: selection criteria for stores and e-Bikes.
- Analyze the brands’ positioning: awareness, attributes, associations, and preferences.
Using Potloc’s social sampling technology, we targeted respondents in three countries in 2 different languages to help consultants build a consumer profile for their client.
Potloc deployed a 10-day campaign on Facebook that targeted respondents in the specified countries, taking into account socio-demographic profiles, location, interests, hobbies, and members of groups related to the topic, among other criteria.
